moral characterに合格し、MPREも無事受かった後、ポータルサイト上でのStatusが、以下項目を除きオールクリアとなっていた。逆に以下項目だけは、1週間ほど「Not satisfied」となっていた(赤字であることを踏まえて、実質的には、「お前は婚姻費用ないし養育費を支払っていないぞ」という警告に等しい)。
しかし、CA州弁護士会が自らの事務を円滑かつ適正に遂行する能力を基本的に欠いていることは様々な経験から熟知しているため、特に慌てることもなく、ゆったりと上記裁判所命令遵守要件がsatisfyされるのを待っていた。
そうしたところ、本日下記メールが来着した。
いよいよ後は宣誓をして、登録を済ませ、カリフォルニア州法をいっちょpracticeするだけである。

Please ensure you thoroughly read the Enrollment Guide prior to electronically signing your registration card.
The Admissions Rules require you to take the attorney’s oath within five years after the last day of the bar examination you passed; otherwise, you must retake the examination.
